TRI Golf - Promoting Junior Golf

TRI golf is a mini version of golf, designed specifically for children of infant, primary and junior school age.

TRI Golf Birthday Parties

We are now offering a fun, action packed, golf birthday party. Using the Tri golf putters and wedges the children will enjoy coaching from our qualified golf pro, together with playing golf related games during the session. Tri golf uses foam balls for safety so the party can be held in your own garden if you have the space, or we can arrange for it to be held at a local sports centre. There are various options for your party, we can provide party bags, caps, t-shirts, invitations etc depending on your requirements or you can just choose to have a coaching session and arrange the rest yourself. Promoting Junior Golf

One of the main ambitions for GolfPro2U in 2009 is to increase the number of young people participating in golf. A major part of this is to deliver TRI golf coaching to kids in the area. We are visiting a number of schools in the Market Drayton and Baschurch areas over the coming months. We are also working with North Shropshire Council, soon to be Shropshire Council, running TRI golf taster sessions in sports centres in the area. From this we hope to see an increase in junior golfers joining local clubs and attending follow up coaching at Shrewsbury Driving Range.

All juniors we see will receive the Golf Foundation Junior Passport which has a series of levels for juniors to complete. The six weeks of schools coaching will aim to get the Tri golf level of the passport completed and coaching is offered at Shrewsbury Driving Range for those interested in continuing with their passport.
