Terms of Membership

Membership fees are to be paid each year on the start date of membership as displayed on the membership card, failiure to pay within one month of this date will terminate membership and therefore forfit any discounts due. Membership cards remain the property of Phil Toomer and replacement cards are available but will be charged. Membership is restricted to a maximum of fifty at any one time, and when full, a waiting list will be kept on a first come first basis. If a membership space becomes available and is turned down that person will drop down to the bottom of the waiting list at that time. Phil Toomer reserves the right to change the price and terms of membership at any time, although all members will be informed one month before any changes take place.
